A Gift of Motivation

“You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.”  Jim Rohn I am constantly looking or people, places, books or information that inspire me.  I think most successful people in sales, business and life are doing the same thing.  We all have times when we don’t feel like rocking it.  We all have times when we need to (mentally) re-adjust.  We all need to be lifted up from time to time. People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily!  Zig Ziglar That is why when I find new sources of inspiration I feel like I have been given a gift!  I have talked in the past about a few voices that inspire me on a regular basis.  These are people who are unreasonable in their chase and their work (read here).  But it’s so nice to find new voices that light a fire in me…and recently I have. As the quote above says, you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.  Well reading and listening to books and podcasts is a great way to “spend time” with people that lift you up.  So here are a few people that I have stumbled upon all at once that are lighting a new fire in me.  And I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I found them all together. Ed Mylett:  Wow.  When I came across my first video with Ed Mylett, I was blown away.  I just was so attracted to his passion.  He was saying things that “I knew,” but I am not sure I was executing on.  Here is the first video I watched with him on a show called Impact Theory. Tom Bilyeu:  Isn’t it interesting that really smart people tend to be seen together?  Tom returned the favor to Ed by being on his show recently as well.  I did not know anything about Tom before watching this video and now I want to watch this again and again. Dr. Joe Dispenza:  Dr. Joe had been mentioned to me by a friend, but I had ignored the suggestion until I saw this interview.  Now I have his latest book downloaded and I am digging in. These are powerful concepts from powerful thinkers.  They have provided me inspiration and motivation in recent days and weeks.  I hope they provide the same to you.  It’s my gift to you today.  I hope you un-wrap it.   Then I hope you share it as well. Make sure you never miss a gift or an update.  Sign up for our VIP newsletter here.
